According to Jim Curcuruto, spokesman for the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF), “there has never been a sustained surge in firearm sales quite like what we are in the midst of.”

As of July, the NSSF said firearm sales were up 95 percent and ammunition sales up 139 percent in the first half of the year, compared with the same period of 2019.

We can only imagine what has happened since then, as Americans worry about security during the pandemic, protests and civil unrest.

Interestingly, the NSSF report some 40 percent of this year’s firearm purchases were by first-time buyers, with the strongest growth coming from Black men and women.

But is stockpiling firearms and ammunition going to protect you if Joe Biden wins next month and enacts his gun control plan?

Well, let’s take a look at his wish list

Put aside the plans to tighten up background checks and other supposed “loopholes” for purchase. Let’s also put aside the rather vague plan to eventually mandate all firearms contain smart gun technology.

There are three points of his plan that are particularly disturbing for supporters of the Second Amendment.

If a Joe Biden administration takes over in next January, he wants to:

1. Ban the online sale of firearms, ammunition, kits, and gun parts.

2. Limit the number of firearms you may purchase to just one per month.

3. Ban the manufacture and sale of assault weapons and high-capacity magazines.
Biden will also use his executive authority to ban the importation of assault weapons. And what exactly qualifies as an ”assault weapon?” Whatever they want it to be.

4. Require individuals who already own semiautomatic rifles, pistols and shotguns with interchangeable magazines, as well as “high capacity” magazines to either participate in a federal buyback program or register these items with the government under the National Firearms Act.

This law originally passed in 1934 law currently applies to “machine guns” (i.e. fully automatic firearms), silencers and short-barreled rifles, but under Biden’s plan it would be greatly extended.

Bear in the mind the cost of registration is $200 per item plus registration fees. Just off the top of your head, how many semiautomatic weapons do you own? And how many magazines? Now multiply that by $200.

If you’re caught violating the NFA you’ll face up to 10 years in federal prison, and a potential $10,000 fine.

The problem is, Biden’s plan for gun control risks turning all of us law-abiding gun-owning citizens into felons.

Supposedly, the purpose of Biden’s gun control is keeping firearms out of the hands of criminals.

How exactly does it help to turn us all into them?

Fellow Americans, there are many reasons why people are saying this is the most important election of our lives.

It certainly is for gun owners.

Conservative constitutionalists rule the Supreme Court. If Biden tries some tyrannical grab for Americans firearms it will be shot down in the Supreme Court.

Your article and the title are totally disjointed!! There is what the most anti-2nd Amendment candidates for the WH ever want and what they can do. The slant of your article is as if all Sleepy Joe and the kneeler need to is pass some bogus EA and it will become law. This totally ignores the recent Supreme Court ruling where they ruled against CA high capacity magazine prohibition. It also ignores a previous Supreme Court ruling where the city of Chicago attempt to tax firearms, ammo tactic was overturned. On top of that, it totally ignores the strong 2nd Amendment credentials of the lady currently being grilled before Congress for her confirmation. The left can try all they want but until they void the Constitution, it still guarantees our rights.

Simple, shoot whoever comes to take them. They are violating their oath to the Constitution, regardless of what their orders are, and should be dealt with the same as any enemy force.

If the Dems tak the Senate, keep the House, AND win the White House, it’ll be like Obamacare – they’ll steamroller over ANYBODY’S Constitutional rights to pass whatever they want…

Did you lose all of your guns in a boating accident? I have heard that happened to several people.

The president does not have the power to do the things that are listed here. Congress does that.

Yes, but more than likely, if Biden wins the White House, he also will win the House and Senate.

We already see that gun control takes place through agency definitions and Regulations. The ease of removing the bump stock is evidence of such.

Have you not seen what these governors are doing with their “executive orders” they’re all bypassing Congress. Even Trump has with his orders like the defense production act. Everyone’s bypassing Congress.

If we all just do our part it won’t come to that. The government only has the power people back if we all stick together they cannot arrest all of us who would pay for the system to exist?

If we all stick together? You mean like we did for the bumpstock ban. “No body needs those toys so I dont care” like that? Yeah were screwed

Yes and we can use that power during the election also to make sure he doesnt get voted in the first place!
