We may have lost our collective minds during the past year of the pandemic, Trump cancellation and now the Biden administration hijinks, but we still have our sense of humor!

One gas station owner in Nashville, TN is helping his customers laugh through the pain of rising gas prices occurring under the watch of Joe Biden.

Lewis Country Store’s giant roadside “jumbrotron” screen is running an endless loop of brutal memes underneath its pump pricing.

One meme displays the now infamous image of the president’s son, Hunter Biden, smoking crack in a bathtub. The caption says “hope gas prices don’t get too high.”

Another image shows Fox News host Tucker Carlson laughing (presumably at the absurdity of it all).

And finally, there’s an empty gas gauge, where the “E” is the Biden-Harris campaign logo.

This isn’t the first time the Nashville gas retailer and restaurant has aired controversial opinions. In December of last year, a sign at the store’s entrance let customers know mask-wearing was optional.

“You are not required to verify your medical condition if you decline to wear a mask in our facility nor are we allowed to ask you due to HIPPA rules and regulations,” the sign reads. “Mayor John Cooper and his band of communist cohorts are ‘the real virus’ threatening Nashville!!!”

The CDC has finally come round to that line of thinking.

And in 2016, the gas station was basically “canceled” by Shell, which removed its branding from the station after the owners posted anti-Hilary messages before the election.

In a statement about the decision, Shell said: Similar to other major fuel brands, Shell retail fuels business in the U.S. primarily supplies quality motor fuels to wholesalers who operate under the Shell brand and sell Shell-branded fuels. Independent wholesalers must adhere to branding guidelines set forth in our licensing agreements. When there are violations, we ask that they are addressed. Continued violations could result in additional actions taken, including potential de-branding of the site. We can confirm that Lewis Country Store, located at Old Hickory Boulevard and Ashland City Highway in Northwest Davidson County, is no longer part of the Shell-branded network.”

Oh well! Luckily the Lewis County Store is still in the business of selling gas and ruffling feathers.
