Tactical Prints; Nine Line’s Newest Offer admin July 26, 2016 Relentlessly Patriotic Nine Line is pleased to announce the newest addition to our relentlessly patriotic inventory, lithograph military prints. This is a collaboration with artist David Geig to bring you something unique that we have not offered before. David was born in Ohio and active in pencil drawing and football before enlisting in the Army in 1995. Now a Sergeant First Class in Military Police Corps he is looking to share his art with the world. Nine Line has always strived to support our veteran community and is excited to be partnering with SFC Geig to offer you these awesome lithograph prints of David’s work. A lithograph is a type of printing process during which original works of art can be printed and reproduced; the final product is also known as a lithograph, which is an authorized copy of an original work created by an artist or other skilled craftsmen. The printing process for creating lithographs is different from other traditional methods, mainly because it does not require the print-maker to first etch the image into metal plates. Prints can be made of original works of art, first created on a stone table or metal plate, or images from paintings or drawings can be duplicated with this method. If the print quality of a lithograph is excellent and the production numbers are low, it may have significant value in the art world. So whether you’re looking for something to show off your military heritage, or as a great gift the military member in your life, check out these great prints here.
