Kaepernick’s agent hits up NFL teams with injured quarterbacks to give him a job admin September 18, 2019 Nine Line News 2,147 To learn more about our mission, visit: www.ninelineapparel.com After three years out of work, Colin Kaepernick is still on bended knee, but this time apparently to beg for work. Fox News reports Kaepernick’s agent has been reaching out to “desperate” NFL teams who may be shopping around for a quarterback after injuries have taken their toll early in the season. Quarterbacks for the Pittsburgh Steelers, New Orleans Saints, New York Jets and Jacksonville Jaguars have all suffered injuries in the first two weeks of the season, and the status of Carolina Panthers’ Cam Newton is also up in the air for the next game. Seems like tipping NFL television ratings off the cliff and driving up the price of shoes on the black market aren’t really what Colin wants to do. He just wants to PLAY. Source close to @Kaepernick7 in light of all the QB injuries: “Colin is literally in the best shape of his life. He’s been working out 5 days a week at 5 am for 3 years. He wants to play and his agent has been contacting teams in need of a QB.” — Chris Williamson (@CWilliamson44) September 17, 2019 In fact, a few weeks ago, Kap released a video of himself looking all buff in the gym with a countdown clock for all the days he’s been DENIED work. 5am. 5 days a week. For 3 years. Still Ready. pic.twitter.com/AGczejA1rM — Colin Kaepernick (@Kaepernick7) August 7, 2019 You’ll recall, Kaepernick hasn’t played a single game in the NFL since the 2016 season, the year he began his anthem protests. Bear in mind he opted out of his contract — he wasn’t fired. But after no other team wanted to hire him, he filed an official grievance against the NFL accusing the owners of colluding against him, to shut him out of the league because of his protests, not because of his football talent (or lack thereof). But, there’s no need to fear. Unnnnderdog is here! Kaepernick is ready to jump in and save the day with a moment’s notice! Sniff. Apparently, there are still no takers for what he’s offering. Which is a shame, actually, because he really is an inspiration for us here at Nine Line. Not for his football prowess of course. But every time Kaepernick takes a swipe at our nation, our flag, or our men and women in law enforcement, we get inspired to create a new design and message for the whiny, unappreciative, overindulged Colin Kaepernicks out there. Keep it up Colin. We may turn into your biggest fans. Nine Line is an American Clothing Company with American made Apparel and Accessories- Veteran Owned and Operated
